Tecman Speciality Materials Ltd is a rapidly growing manufacturing SME, focused on end-to-end support of its customers from engineering and technical support to high volume manufacturing. Predominant industries are both Wind Energy and Automotive with a particular focus on the rapidly evolving EV market.

1. Summary

Due to rapid growth we are looking for new members of our production team. We have openings for two machine technicians at a manufacturing facility in Leamington Spa. These are hands-on roles requiring excellent manufacturing process awareness and good mechanical skills. You will be part of a growing team of technicians who form the hub of our manufacturing operations. Focused on safe practice, 100% quality, 6S, On-time delivery and enthusiasm for continuous improvement. We are looking for strong individuals who can pick up new skills quickly and be confident in their abilities to adapt to new ways of working.

3. Roles & Responsibilities

• Setting and Operating die cutting machinery
• Setting and Operating rewinding / rotary machinery
• Carrying out all relevant quality inspections accurately
• Carrying out basic/advanced machine maintenance
• Supporting all areas of production depending on workload
• Support and sustain a Lean culture

4. Role Objectives

5. Shift Patterns & Benefits

• Job Type: Full-time
• 4 days a week, 40 Hours a week
• Shift Pattern Monday to Thursday & Tuesday to Friday, alternating every two weeks
• 25 days starting holiday + bank holidays
• Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
